Telemedicine

If you are self-quarantined, unable to travel, or come into the Urgent Care office, our medical providers offer telemedicine appointments for existing patients, using an app with a webcam.

Telemedicine is currently available for: 

• Cough and cold symptoms

• Flu-like symptoms

• Sinus symptoms

• Seasonal allergies

• Conjunctivitis

• Sore throat

• Mild rash (1 or 2 spots, not widespread)

• Shingles

• UTI (without abdominal pain or fever)

• Some medication refills (call to consult our medical staff)

 

All patients with flu-like symptoms, cold or respiratory problems will be directed to do telemedicine evaluation first. If the provider deems additional work-up necessary, the patient may come for an in-house visit.

 

If the in-house visit is related to the telemedicine appointment and is completed within 24-hour period, it will be considered a combined appointment under one co-pay.
